Global Studies (BA)

The Global Studies major prepares students to lead thoughtfully in an increasingly interconnected and unequal world. This interdisciplinary program draws on Political Science, Communication, Business, Cultural Studies, Sociology, and the Humanities to examine the cultural, social, political, and economic dimensions of global issues.

Grounded in inclusiveness, justice, and service, the program emphasizes evidence-based and ethically grounded analysis and integrates academic study with experiential learning, including applied research, community engagement, simulations, and global learning experiences. Graduates are prepared to apply academic knowledge in practical contexts and pursue careers in law, international affairs, global business, non-profit and government organizations, education, and public policy.
