Justice, Diversity, Gender Studies (BA)
Justice, Diversity, and Gender Studies (JDG) is an interdisciplinary program that challenges our socially constructed realities and systems of injustice, while celebrating contributions from a diversity of perspectives. The JDG program teaches students to understand how social locations impact our lives, to analyze intersecting oppressions related to human difference, and to examine just action for social change. In three certificates that include courses from the humanities and social sciences, students with the JDG degree are equipped as creative problem solvers and ethical leaders, prepared to thrive in diverse, cross-cultural settings with openness and respect.
