Medical Laboratory Science (BS)

The 3+1 Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science provides a rigorous curriculum in biology and chemistry to position students for success in a NAACLS-accredited clinical laboratory practicum during the final year of study. Students will use critical thinking and laboratory skills to perform, interpret, and analyze medical tests used in the diagnosis, research, and treatment of infections and diseases. Employment opportunities for NAACLS-certified medical laboratory scientists include hospitals, medical and biotechnology laboratories, and blood donation centers.
